Switch to another application from tsclient when in full-screen mode

If you are in a full-screen window mode of tsclient, there is no easy way to switch to another desktop application (for me there is only the 'disconnect' possibility). Is there a possibility to have something simular to the windows lowering down commandbar with an minimize of close button or Alt-Tab with another key?
