Unified creating volume path via Cinder

Now Trove supports two creating volume path corresponds to Nova and CInder. It will make challenge to volume features such as resize, backup. Cinder now makes a great progress on volume management and Trove can follow it via using Cinder API.
Trove needs to remove the path to create volume via Nova which is implemented by virt backend like libvirt.
