Support Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.6

In order to support Trove’s cluster plans, support the most commonly used versions of Percona XtraDB Cluster (PXC) - 5.6. Supporting PXC 5.6 would inherit the latest versions of Percona Server, Percona XtraBackup, and Galera.
* All the performance and diagnostic improvements in Percona Server 5.6
* Galera 3 would deliver improved memory performance, greater data integrity, replication optimizations to decrease latency, and minimized replication traffic between WAN segments
