One of the biggest challenges deploying and supporting Trove is
dealing with guest agents and guest agent upgrades. This spec proposes
a way to refactor Trove and move a lot of the guest agent
functionality into the Trove conductor (making it a
'Superconductor') thereby eliminating the need for a guestagent, and
simplifying Trove deployment.
