Maintenance Windows and Version Updates

This blueprint covers maintenance windows and version updates for updates that need to be made to the DBMS's running in the instance. A maintenance window is the preferred period of time in which a user of Reddwarf would like disruptive maintenance to occur on their database instance specifically related to updates/maintenance of the DBMS's (ex: security exploit). This blueprint does not cover disruptive host level maintenance. A maintenance window is defined as a period of time (start time and end time).

Additionally, this blueprint defines a method to selectively update an instance via a new "update" instance action.
