Add support for CouchDB backup and restore functionality

CouchDB is one of the NoSQL databases that Trove supports today. Even though Trove supports backups and restore functionality, this feature hasnt been implemented for CouchDB. After implementing this feature, users will be able to backup and restore CouchDB databases from Trove.
