The int-tests need to be runnable on cloud servers. This work will ensure they work on a remote cloud server image, and that they can be reproducible in a devstack-gate-vm type environment. A custom image is needed to get this runnable, and then the reddwarf-integration stuff needs to be downloaded and run. Its possible some of the tests need to be updated (timeouts) wrt a cloud server
