Migrate Image Building to diskimage-builder

A new standard for building images has emerged in Openstack, and we should migrate the creation of the Guest image to leverage this standard. The diskimage-builder project lives here: https://github.com/stackforge/diskimage-builder.

We should create 'elements' (flavors) within the diskimage-builder project for Reddwarf, one that contains guestagent+community mysql, and another that contains guestagent + percona
