Support Redfish driver

Redfish is a (relatively) new standard for vendor-independent hardware manager, potentially superseding IPMI. It is already supported by certain hardware, including recent HPE models and Intel RackScale architecture. Ironic has recently merged the Redfish hardware type, we should enable its support.
