[2017-12-08] Moving out to Rocky. Please request FFE if this is needed for Queens.
[2018-07-11] Still one opened review (merge conflict, not updated for 7 months) (aschultz) this was implemented and backported to Queens as well. Marking this as done as we support deploying Octavia. Any additional work should be under anew blueprint/bug/etc

Note: Patches previously posted here would more appropriately be ascribed to the octavia-service-integration. Enabling the amphorae deployment was described in a subsequent blueprint and is scheduled for the Queens cycle.
