To Validate the nics used by your OS match the templates config and dislpay an appropriate message to a user

I tried to deploy with network isolation using old templates, and the deployment hung for 4 hours and then timed out. There were no clues in any of the logs as to the simple explanation for the problem, and I wasn't able to guess it myself: I used nic names like ethX and it's now enpXXX...
It would be helpful to have an ability to tun nic validation.
Also, displaying an appropriate message to a user with the result.

1. Use templates that don't match the nic namings used by your OS
2. Run Validation to catch this
3. Display the result to a user
In case of error : A clear error message which says exactly what the problem is, that any user can understand
