Create Network configuration step in deployment plan page
Create network configuration wizard view - a discussion is required whether we provide a step by step wizard as defined in wireframes or if we introduce network configuration overview and provide user to do steps there as that would oprovide immediate fedback on how network configuration looks
Create a dialog to select networks used for deployment - list all available networks, let user select ones used for deployment
