Cisco VTS ML2 Mechanism Driver Configuration
The Cisco Virtual Topology System solution automates complex network overlay provisioning and management tasks through integration with infrastructure orchestration systems such as OpenStack. The integration point consists in a cisco VTS ML2 mechanism driver used to exchange Neutron data with the VTS controller.
To set the cisco-vts specific driver parameters, a dedicated section in the neutron ml2 ini configuration file is required, which should also be automated by means of Tripleo. This blueprint is meant to initiate the work for adding to necessary THT templates, as well as to puppet-tripleo and puppet-neutron modules to arrive at the capability to configure a cisco-vts ml2 driver.
