Optional node autodiscovery with Ironic Inspector

Ironic Inspector supports enrolling unknown nodes that boot the introspection image aka IPA. Details: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic-inspector/usage.html#discovery. We need to expose an option to enable auto-discovery and to set the default driver. Some documentation won't hurt as well.
