Heat template for integrating Cavium SmartNIC LiquidIO with networking-ovn.
Cavium's LiquidIO Smart NIC is SR-IOV supported and capable of running complete Open vSwitch (control and data plane). It can be integrated with OpenStack and Networking-OVN. An end user should be able to attach a SR-IOV port to a VM running on a hypervisor equipped with LiquidIO while using networking-ovn as the ML2 mechanism driver with Open vSwitch (OVS) completely offloaded (control and data plane) to LiquidIO. A heat template is required for supporting configuration of LiquidIO in TripleO.
