Generated Sample Environments

Currently our sample environments are handwritten, which has a number of
drawbacks as discussed in the problem description. This spec proposes that
we convert all of those existing environments to the sample environment
generator tool that was merged last cycle, which should address most or all
of those shortcomings in the existing environments.
