Provide sample environments for custom roles
Now that we have the ability to create custom roles, we should provide a basic set of example environments with THT that can be used. We should have 3 basic example environments:
1) 3 monolith controllers, 3 Computes, 3 Ceph
2) 3 Controllers, 3 DB, 3 Rabbitmq, 2 Networker, 1 Compute, 1 Ceph
3) 1 Controller, 1 Compute, 1 Ceph
