Day 2 opperation: Support Let's Encrypt certificates

Let's Encrypt¹ is a widely used TLS certificate provider, and currently neither OpenStack nor TripleO has support for it. There's currently an Ansible module allowing to request Let's Encrypt in a classy way, and it would be really great to get support.
