[RFE][AIO] standalone deployment does not have a "cleanup" command

From a quick conversation with Emilien on IRC, one Standalone deployment is deployed, there is no equivalent of "openstack --wipe-my-deployment" to clean it all and start fresh.

It would be very useful to newbies like me to play around without having to redeploy the full machine for testing :)
