Add a 3 node multinode job

We should add a new 3 node multinode job in project-config for tripleo-ci. Our 2 node job has been running for a couple of months and has shown to be stable. Adding a 3 node job will allow us to scale our out scenarios to cover additional use cases such as composable roles.
