infra - Slave image quick-start

Set up slave puppet module to allow images with hadoop pre-installed and configured.
By using the same hostname (or hostname per distro configuration), the images can be pre-built.
Trick is to use a puppet certname that is unique to each slave. Unlike the default case certname does not equal hostname.
