Provide JTA and XA support

JTA and XA provide the most commonly used protocol for heterogeneous transactions. DTM already partially implements XA for C/C++ applications and HBase-trx which provides part of the TM implementation on Trafodion supports JTA for Java applications. Providing support for XA/JTA superiors (where dtm is the subordinate RM) should be fairly straightforward. We anticipate this being the most likely usage of JTA or XA.
