DcsCheck script that reports DCS Server status along with port

It is not easy to find on which port the DCS server is listening. You have to assume it is default port 37800 or traverse through the dcs-site.xml to see if the defaults are overridden. It would be nice to have a dcscheck script that reports the status of the DCS server and also the port on which it is listening
