Common Subexpressions (Relational)

The ANSI SQL standard has features that explicitly define common subexpressions for relational queries, the WITH clause at the beginning of a query. This blueprint is about a possible implementation in the compiler that allows optimization of such subexpressions. It would be applicable to the WITH clause, but to other situations with common subexpressions as well.
