Trafodion sql support to select, insert, update, delete data from external native hbase tables

Add support in Trafodion to select, insert, update, delete data from external native hbase tables. Add support to perform sql operations on these tables including joins, insert...selects with other Trafodion tables. External native hbase tables are created directly in hbase. Information about them is not stored in Trafodion metadata.
