Create new example templates for TOSCA Implementation artifacts

TOSCA spec support different deployment artifacts including,
tosca.artifacts.Implementation
tosca.artifacts.Implementation.Base
and
tosca.artifacts.Implementation.Python

The tosca-parser project has a definition file updated with these artifacts but there is no real templates has been created that can demonstrate use of these artifacts

Need to create new templates and test Parser with it, and fix/add needed implementation.

Please refer to the spec for more detail of implementation artifacts types.
