Create new example templates for TOSCA Deployment artifacts

TOSCA spec support different deployment artifacts including,
tosca.artifacts.Deployment
tosca.artifacts.Deployment.image
and
tosca.artifacts.Deployment.Image.VM

The tosca-parser project has a definition file updated with these artifacts but there is no real templates available that can be used to implement and test parsing.

Need to create new templates and test Parser with it, and fix/add needed implementation.

Please refer to the spec for more detail of deployment artifacts types.
