Create new CSAR packages

With the recent development support, TOSCA Parser can now parse CSAR file and for testing new CSAR zip format files has been created for major use cases like wordpress and ELK (elasticsearch, logstash and kibana stack). Under this blueprint, we will be creating new CSAR as appropriate from any existing flat yaml templates or new ones.
