Level 8 Gags

 Level 8 Gags, this seems pretty fair since we have lvl 13-15 Cogs. This should enable toons to stand a change against them.

2: Gag Stands; In the middle of each single street toons should be able to walk up to these gag stands and buy gags so they don't constantly go to the playground, go back to the street and repeat this process many times.

3: Tsunami; This is something sort of like a Pink Slip, or SOS. Basically this is earned through defeating the Mafiabots Boss, what this does is destroys the cogs HP completely no matter the level.

The Animation: The Ground near the cogs in the battle area start to break apart then a huge wave tumbles on them which sweeps them away and makes them disappear.
