Fetch notes in a WebDAV repo in a compatible way with the Tomboy WebDAV sync addin.

Have a way in the UI to enter a URL to a webdav server and download all the notes accessible that way in the local note folder. This is not an attempt to do synchronisation. Only a straight pull from the WebDAV folder.
This must be compatible with Tomboy's WebDAV's syncing.
