Offer options on a long press to a link
As suggested by a user:
Well, in the browser I can long press on a link and get options like "Open", "Open in new window", "Bookmark link", "Copy link URL", etc. For Tomdroid, I'd be interested in:
HTTP URL:
* Open
* Bookmark
* Copy
* Send (you know, text, IM, or email the URL to a friend?)
Email URL:
* Send email
* Copy
* New contact (or search contacts? or something super sweet would be to match up emails that exist in your contact list, so you could long press and "Dial")
Any text:
* select text -> copy to clipboard
Note in List View:
* View
* Edit
* Delete
* Send/Share

Ouff.. This will be a hard one, I use an android mechanism to turn android known stuff into links. Its a blackbox, I don't think I can change the behaviour unless I do a completely new TextView component with new abilities.

I don't think longpress options on links, phone number,... are that important, because you can also share the website afterwards from the browser for instance. For sure, it would be more convenient, but if it is too hard it doesn't matter :-)
We should rather think about fancy longpress options in List View for notes... for instance: Longpress on a Note: Delete, Edit, Share, Sync this Note, Clear Note,... i don't know.
