Home Screen Shortcut to a specific Note

The ability to add a notes-shortcut to your Home Screen = Launcher/Desktop

Shortcut appearance:
 * Use a new icon showing only one paper of the "tomdroid-notebook" (for distinguishing between app-launcher and shortcut!)
 * Shortcut Name should be the note title
 * When making a new shortcut, one should be asked with a simple list (no actionbar) which note to link
 * Clicking on this Shortcut should open a single layer activity showing the specific note.
