Ability to stick notes to the top

Tomboy has the ability to stick notes, so that they always appear at the top of the notes-list (at least in the tray-list).

It might be nice to have something similar in Tomdroid...
small icon on the right or left of the list item - click it -> stick to top

further ideas? maybe problems with this?
