Add a Todo tab where tasks will be listed and removed

The application will need a simple pane where pending tasks will be listed and new tasks could be registered by means of a simple button and a straightforward dialogue. Each task should let the user to be marked as done or be removed.

This first realese of the Todos application will mark the initial stage of the development process y letting the user configure his/her tasks in a simple interface. It should also permit the user to check whether he wants to see in the Todo list the tasks that have already been addressed or whether they should only be stored in the user's data folder.
