Easy Web Interface Based Setup Wizard

The OOBE for the TNCNG should be pretty straight forward and capable of being done with any web browser. Any setting done during the initial setup wizard should be able to be changed afterwards, without running through the wizard. The information the wizard will need:
* Personal (call sign, password, location, name, etc)
* Network Information (ipv6 allocation)
* Hardware info (radio, rf driver)
* Personal Preferences (which services do you want, privacy, etc)
