Easy Video Broadcasting for HAMS

This may be a dream blueprint, but broadcasting video would be a great ham activity using the TNCNG. You should be able to "tune" into a particular broadcast or listen to whatever is locally broadcasting. This needs to be very efficient and perhaps controlled via QOS. The codec needs to be free, and we need cross-platform software to allow broadcasting.
