IPV6 For All

Although the headers for ipv6 are twice as large than ipv4, I think we need it for routing aggregation abilities and easy multi-routing. The TNCNG should be able to broadcast a /64 (or /48) to the RF world, and use the internet for incoming if necissary.

Users should be able to use their native ipv6 if they have it tunneled through a selection of tunnel brokers. Basic configuration should be able to be done completely through the web interface though the wizard or after the fact.
