OpenERP-Server / OpenObjects should support upload widget for Views

OpenERP/OpenObjects currently do not have "Upload only" and "Save only" widgets, it is combined into single save and select file, which is confusing for users. Two new view widgets should be created, one for upload and one for download. See module l10n_be_coda for example on a combined widget.
