It would be good to logoff user instead of shutdown

For now timekpr shutdown a computer when a user time limit is reached, but in multiuser environment would be better to logoff user and change his pam_time limits for today. It will be little bit hard to track pam_time limits correctly but the result it will be a more secured system overall
