Allows system administrator to change program defaults
The tab would allow for the following:
1) Adjustable poll time and grace period, & adjustable notification interval(s).
2) Turning off/on audible notifications & allow for sound file selection for notifications.
3) Disable/enable pop-up notifications.
4) Add an unlock button for locked accounts - Grayed out for unlocked users.
5) Systray icon w/active ticker for each user so they can see how much time is left.
6) Prohibited Hours Setting: Gives the ability to black-list a certain block of hours within allowable login time frame. Useful for study time, chores, church, or family time being explicitly blocked per user, and then allowing normal daily usage to resume afterwards without admin-user intervention. Currently this is not possible since only one (1) starting time and one (1) ending time per day is allowed.
7) Check for & install updates.
These are just some ideas for WAY DOWN THE ROAD. Just food for thought.

I've noticed that I even though I was implementing ideas on my own, I've implemented most of your blueprint suggestions as well :) -- medigeek
Once we figure out how to use dbus, we'll be able to make a separate client program for (2), (3) and (5) -- medigeek
