refactor settingsdialogs

refactor of settingsdialog and advancedsettings dialog would be handy since they have touch places and now involves some duplicated code. This would make a settingsdialog, the current settingsdialog would be renamed to generalsettingsdialog.

Advancedsettingsdialog and the renamed generalsettingsdialog would be inheriting from settingsdialog. some mather we can solve and can create "abstract methods".

an example is test connection url it uses the same thread but not the same variables to show the result. to show the result we can overwrite it.
