List Gvfs (network etc.) mounts in Thunar

The idea is to have a user interface for defining/editing Gvfs mount points and have that hooked into Thunar using a plugin.

The user interface for editing the mount points could be a simple standalone application to provide the possibility to add/remove/edit mount points and have their configuration saved to ~/.gvfs.

The Thunar plugin could monitor ~/.gvfs and display the user-defined mount points in the side pane (in a special User Filesystems section, given that there will be a new side pane divided into sections).

There could also be a panel plugin like the places plugin (or maybe a menu integrated into the places plugin) for mounting and opening those mount points.
