XMPP interface

Add an XMPP interface to receive notifications on pastes as well as creating pastes.
Things that need to be hashed out:
- How does Thoth know who the user pasting over XMPP is without having a registration (JID could be used as username field) ?
- What about fields besides the actual paste (private, custom url etc) ?
