Include the meaning (in tamil) of each thirukkural in the output

We need to collect the meaning of each thirukkural in a data structure (perhaps just an array). As you might already know, this is not programmatically challenging. But lot of work is there! As a first step, add the necessary array to the program. And slowly start filling it up with proper explanations.

திருக்குறளுக்கு நிறைய உரைகள் உள்ளன. உதாரணத்திற்கு கருணாநிதியின் உரை, சாலமன் பாப்பையாவின் உரை என்று பல பேர் உரைகள் எழுதியுள்ளனர். இங்கு நாம் சேர்க்கப்போவது பொதுவாக ஏற்கப்பட்ட விளக்கமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
