Clearly handle exceptions, failures, etc. in TestUnit and throughout the code

There is now the TestPlanException to show clean messages. Inside are three status of exceptions listed: Syntax, External, Internal. These should be promoted to be a getter of the main class and TestUnit.execute should use these to determine what to do, or what has happened.

It is not clear anymore what this was intended to achieve. In the meantime the TestPLanException has also significantly improved error reporting.
There does not appear to be any need for a major work here anymore.
