Add more tests for swift tempurl middleware

Add more functional tests for the tempurl middleware of swift.
For now available tests just verify that a GET can be done within the available time delay.
Need to improve by adding HEAD and PUT test to the tempurl and evaluate expiration time.
Need to separate those new tests from test_object_
