Add tests for testing swift slo middleware

Currently there are no functional tests of static large object (SLO) features. Therefore, add those tests.
Tests need to cover PUT method which uploads a formatted manifest file, GET method which gets the manifest itself and DELETE method which deletes all the segments and the manifest.
