Tempest to support multiple image testing

This blueprint proposes to enhance tempest to support multiple images for testing Nova. Today, in tempest we have tests that run on single image. It will be good if there is a facility to test multiple images (a minimum of smoke test).
We can achieve this by parametrizing the tests to accept image as test input. We can upload the images of interest using glance client and run the nova smoke tests with the uploaded images.

If this gets approved, devstack / openstack CI systems would need an addition image to be uploaded for test purposes.
Only some level of "multi images support" is in place but this is not updated from a year now so will mark as "obsolete". (Dec 2013)
