Implement a full SSH stress test

Port the "ssh_floating.py" (stress test in stress/actions) as a scenario test with @stresstest decorator, and improve it by testing newly created VM with Floating IP using a full SSH connection.
This script aims to test the load of an OpenStack platform when creating batches of instances and getting them available.
