Test for Kazoo servicegroup driver

There is change for Nova adding new servicegroup driver for zookeeper using kazoo library. Test was written following other tests as an example but maintainers declined to pass the test because it was trying to make connection to Zookeeper. I want to add the test to tempest after the code change will pass merging.
